Orders and Returns

When you place an order, we send an email confirming receipt and details. Your order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we send a Dispatch Confirmation Email. You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from receiving the goods, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. For cancellations within the 14-day period, refunds are processed without fees. Beyond this, a £5 administration fee may apply for non-faulty returns. Contact support@anybook.com for details.

We strive to keep our website current, but with many titles, we cannot guarantee product availability or advertised prices at purchase. All prices include UK VAT for UK customers unless stated otherwise.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected, including your right to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

International Orders

For international deliveries, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which you must bear. Customs policies vary by country, so contact your local customs office for details.
