Delivery and Returns

Our Delivery and Returns policy outlines the shipping options, cancellation process, and refund procedures for orders placed with Anybook Ltd. For additional details, please visit our Questions or The Legal Stuff pages.

Shipping

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and vary by destination country. To find exact costs and estimated delivery times, add books to your basket and select your country from the drop-down menu. If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.

Handling and packaging costs are applied per item and displayed separately. Orders for multiple books are typically shipped together in one package.

UK Shipping

We offer three shipping options for UK addresses:

  • Premium (1-3 days): Tracked delivery.
  • Standard (2-5 days): Tracked for most areas.
  • Express (1-2 days): Tracked delivery.

Our shipping company uses various couriers, such as Amazon, depending on the destination. Most UK couriers provide tracking, with updates sent to the email address provided during ordering. Some couriers may also send SMS updates.

International Shipping

We offer three options for international shipping:

  • Standard: Untracked, except for the USA.
  • Tracked: Includes tracking where available.
  • Express: Faster delivery, shipped via DHL, often with expedited picking and packing.

Shipping times vary by region. Our international shipping company typically hands over items to the destination country’s national postal service for delivery.

We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so no orders are shipped on these days. Our staff may adjust the shipping service if necessary to ensure delivery.

Cancelling an Order

If you’ve placed an order and believe you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately at sales@anybook.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been packed by our post team. As we process orders quickly to ensure speedy delivery, the window for cancellation is limited.

Returns and Refunds

We offer refunds for defective items or within 30 days of purchase. To request a return or refund, contact us at sales@anybook.com, including your order number and the book reference number.

If requesting a refund due to a problem with the book’s condition, please provide a photo to help us determine the best resolution. Return postage costs will be covered by the customer, unless there was an error on our part, in which case we will refund the return postage. Please contact us before returning items, as we may offer a solution without requiring a return.

We are happy to check books and provide photographs before purchase upon request. Email sales@anybook.com with the book reference number to ensure we discuss the correct copy.
