They are donated by libraries and academic institutions across the UK, Europe and North America. Many are brand new or lightly used but are no longer needed in their current collections.
Most are. Ex-library books typically include standard markings (e.g., stamps, labels or barcodes) and protective covers. All condition details are clearly described on our listings.
Yes. If the book is significantly not as described, we will arrange a return and refund. Please get in touch with us using the contact form.
We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, and Bitcoin. You can also contact us for invoice-based orders if you're purchasing on behalf of an institution.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.
If you selected a tracked shipping option, we will provide you with a tracking number once the item is dispatched.
